This blog is about popular culture in South Korea and Toronto. Although many entries focus on Korea, the main goal is to expose the Korean culture to Torontonians. Because many blogs of pop culture in Korea are published in the US, this blog targets to Torontonians, and Canadians.

The name TorontoSeoul and the blog itself was inspired by PopSeoul, which the author of this blog constantly visits for the latest update in the Korean world. The concept of the name TorontoSeoul was made to sound like Toronto soul. Because of the diversity, Korean culture is not as well known by the general audience as Japanese or Chinese culture is. This blog shows the unique culture of Korea for Torontonians.
